Job Summary

This role involves working as a System Engineer for Airbus Secure Land Communications in Ulm, focusing on professional mobile radio solutions, specifically within a complex, nationwide TETRA network. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the technical resolution of mobile communication component issues, integrating mobile radio and IT subsystems, and coordinating technical alignments with various sub-systems like Data Center/Virtualization, IT networking, and Cyber Security, as well as with the Product Line and external subcontractors/customers. A key aspect of the job is contributing to modern, agile working methods, potentially taking on roles such as SAFe/Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or System Architect. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Computer Science or Communications Engineering, possess experience in LTE/5G core networks and network technology, and have strong knowledge of Data Center Technologies, Cloud Architectures, and IT security.
