The IT System Specialist will join TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH in Bremen, a leader in maritime high-technology, focusing on hydroacoustics, sensor technology, and information technology. This role involves the administration and support of complex IT infrastructure and application systems, with a strong emphasis on Network, Data Center, and Workplace environments. Day-to-day tasks include managing and optimizing complex IT services, developing standard services for the self-service portal, and providing Second-Level support for incident resolution using diagnostic systems. The specialist will also contribute to IT projects and implement changes following ITIL processes, ensuring the quality of simple IT services. A key requirement is professional experience in complex IT infrastructure administration and IT Service Management certification (e.g., ITIL), coupled with fluency in both German and English for documentation and communication.
