Job Summary

This role involves specialized characterization and validation of Mixed-Signal ASICs, RFICs, and MMICs for a renowned client in the aerospace and radar technology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and optimizing complex measurement setups for analyzing high-frequency and mixed-signal parameters, performing measurements on coaxial and wafer probes in the micro- and millimeter-wave range, and executing data acquisition and analysis using tools like MATLAB or Python. The engineer will also manage documentation, evaluate results for design and test processes, and provide technological support to various departments including Design, Test, Packaging, and Production. This full-time, permanent position requires a background in Electrical or High-Frequency Engineering and expertise in high-frequency measurement technology and semiconductor device characterization.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Microelectronics, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Characterization experience of semiconductor components (ASICs, MMICs, RF components)
  • Routine experience working with measurement systems (VNA, SMU, Oscilloscope, Climatic Chamber)
