Job Summary

This role involves supporting the steering, monitoring, and management of software requirements within the aerospace sector. The Software Requirements Engineer will be responsible for ensuring clear understanding of software requirements among stakeholders and mapping the Requirements Management process across the entire tool landscape. Key tasks include participation in change management, risk management, and implementation management, while focusing on customer project aspects such as traceability, interface compatibility, and baselines. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Computer Science or a related field, possesses knowledge of software conception (preferably within software platforms), and has prior experience with Requirements Management tools and methods. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kiel, offering up to 60% home office flexibility after the initial onboarding phase, and is open to recent graduates.
