Job Summary

This role is a crucial opportunity to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation within the procurement organization of Airbus Aerostructures, located in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing non-recurring project budgets, controlling headcount targets, and acting as the focal point for all Digital Sourcing and Contracting Solutions. Key responsibilities include leading competitiveness initiatives, improving purchasing and supply chain performance through process transformation and digitization (potentially using AI), and serving as the Project Leader for implementing a new Contract Lifecycle Management system. The ideal candidate must possess a background in project management, procurement, and digitalization, coupled with fluent German and English skills, and knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace tools. This position is vital for ensuring the future viability and continuous improvement of the procurement function.
