Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position is for an FPGA Engineer to join an international client in the defense industry located in Bremen. The core responsibilities involve working across electronics, construction, and embedded software domains. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining essential development documentation (specifications, design rules), implementing real-time applications, and performing internal and external commissioning. A key focus is on supporting logic programming and integration testing for FPGAs and associated software, specifically utilizing Xilinx Ultrascale technology. Candidates must possess a Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with solid practical experience in electronic assemblies, firmware, and FPGA components. Proficiency with the Vivado Toolchain, VHDL, Linux, and hardware debugging tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers is highly desired.
