Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on high-end technology within the defense industry, operating primarily from the Bremen location, though relocation is not strictly mandatory. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive on-site fault diagnosis and resolution, covering both electrical and mechanical systems. You will execute maintenance, service, and software integration tasks, followed by rigorous testing, validation, and acceptance of platforms. A significant part of the job includes project management responsibilities such as coordinating interfaces with partner companies, ensuring adherence to costs, deadlines, and quality standards, and meticulous documentation through fault protocols and database maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering or IT, experience with hardware/software integration, and basic SAP knowledge. Due to the high level of travel required, strong technical understanding and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this demanding field service position.
