Job Summary

Join a rapidly growing market leader in medical practice software, focusing on Mac, iPhone, and iPad platforms. This role involves proactive, independent work, combining technical consulting with customer service and training. Day-to-day tasks include nationwide or regional visits to medical practices for software installation, customization (including medical device integration), and team training. When not traveling, you will handle telephone and written inquiries regarding software usage, network configuration, device connectivity, and hardware procurement. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of macOS administration and network technology.
