Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level technical VIP support, primarily handling incoming disruptions via phone and written correspondence, often in English. The specialist is responsible for analyzing and resolving technical errors, both remotely and directly at the user's workstation. Core duties include configuring and installing PCs, workstations, and peripheral devices, managing user authorizations within file structures, and utilizing remote deployment tools. Furthermore, the specialist will collaborate with 3rd Level Support for complex issues and maintain accurate technical documentation within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), strong expertise in Windows 10 and the Office suite, and fluent proficiency in both German and English (C1 level). This position is based in Hamburg and starts as a temporary contract with a strong option for permanent employment.
