Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading the IT Workplace Support department within Medical Information Technology, focusing on ensuring operational security and seamless daily IT operations. The Head of Department will be responsible for the personnel and content management of the team, overseeing the operative IT workplace service, and prioritizing tasks across projects and daily operations, including IT documentation and operational support. A key focus is on driving the conceptual design and further development of high-performing and secure workplace infrastructures, implementing automation solutions, and optimizing support tools. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, significant experience in system integration and IT administration, and proven leadership experience in managing service teams, utilizing ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Request Management), and monitoring KPIs and SLAs to maximize customer satisfaction. Excellent German language skills and experience with modern technologies like Windows, M365, and MDM are required.
