This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking to actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and development of complex customer network environments within a leading IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, processing, and documentation of technical support cases using ticket and CRM systems. A core focus is on the diagnosis, repair, and setup of Apple devices, including MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, along with performing essential backups and system restorations. Candidates must possess very strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware, coupled with proven experience in fault analysis and customer device handling.
