Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of up to 10 professionals within the power plant organization at the Großkrotzenburg / Staudinger Power Plant site. The successful candidate will assume technical and disciplinary leadership, eventually becoming the site's responsible electrical specialist after an onboarding period. Key responsibilities involve overseeing cross-functional electrotechnical tasks and projects, optimizing processes, ensuring high plant reliability, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory compliance and permits. Candidates must possess a university degree (Master or Diploma) in Electrical or Energy Technology and demonstrate professional experience, ideally within production environments focusing on electrical supply and grid infrastructure. Initial leadership experience is advantageous. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer ready to drive change management and contribute to critical energy management functions within a major global energy provider dedicated to solving complex energy challenges.
