Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the team responsible for strategic production planning and management within the hydropower sector of a global energy company. Day-to-day, the Team Manager will oversee energy and water management analyses, providing actionable recommendations based on integrated data management. A key focus is on ensuring timely and high-quality execution of production planning projects, including hydrology, water management, and crucial water rights compliance. The manager acts as the primary representative for production-relevant interests, managing internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, customers (like power trading and DB Energie), and industry associations. Success in this position requires a completed Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong business and extensive water management knowledge. Significant leadership experience and proven expertise in managing external companies are essential.
