As the Deputy Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing and supervising the operational and shutdown procedures of the power plant, ensuring strict adherence to all legal and operational regulations. Key duties include leading the shift team, planning and monitoring isolation procedures, and overseeing minor maintenance and repair work in coordination with the maintenance organization. You must possess a Master's qualification in power plant operation or equivalent experience in process engineering plants, coupled with strong process engineering knowledge and leadership skills.
