Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly motivated student passionate about corporate sustainability and ESG management within the energy sector. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing the company's Biodiversity Strategy, integrating it into the broader Sustainability framework. Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) to optimize data utilization and contributing significantly to sustainability reporting, particularly concerning the CSRD Biodiversity Standard. Furthermore, you will help design and execute events and training sessions aimed at raising employee awareness of biodiversity issues. This position requires strong analytical abilities, structured work methods, and excellent self-organization. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Engineering, Natural Sciences, Economics, or Data Science) and possess fluent communication skills in both German and English to navigate the international corporate environment.
