Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior Expert in Electrical and Control Systems to ensure technical excellence across critical energy generation assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing specialized electrical expertise for projects, conducting structured assessments of electrical technology (especially rotating machinery) and control system components, and managing fault analysis and resolution. A core function involves the precise planning, budgeting, and execution of maintenance measures and projects, ensuring they meet time, quality, and budget targets while conducting thorough risk assessments. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of control technology specialists, ensuring operational information security for the power plant group, and overseeing partner firm management. The role also requires assuming the function of Information Security Representative (ISR) and deputy responsible electrical specialist. The ideal candidate brings a background as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, proven leadership experience, and strong communication skills to manage complex technical and managerial duties within a dynamic energy environment.
