Job Summary
This role is ideal for an organized and proactive professional looking to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the overall Project Management and the wider project team. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing project documents and presentations, managing correspondence, and monitoring action and activity lists. A key part of the job involves planning and coordinating project meetings and events, including those with external companies and government institutions, alongside handling travel arrangements and managing departmental calendars. The successful candidate will also manage personnel changes (onboarding, transfers, departures) and track absences in the time system.
