Job Summary

As the Regional Manager for the Hessen-Franconia region, you will take full P&L responsibility for five strategic locations, including Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Kassel. Your day-to-day involves steering sales performance through KPI analysis, defining regional growth strategies, and providing modern leadership to branch managers and emerging talents. You will act as a bridge between local teams and corporate management, ensuring operational excellence and the implementation of best practices across engineering and IT service sectors.
