Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking an organized and service-oriented Staff Member to join the School Office of the School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) in Garching. This role is crucial for managing the student application processes, primarily focusing on the Master's programs in Mathematics and Computer Science. Day-to-day tasks involve the independent organization and execution of aptitude assessment procedures for Master's programs and providing consultation to prospective students from around the world regarding application processes. You will also support colleagues with application management for other Bachelor's and Master's programs within the CIT School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience and strong organizational skills who thrives in a dynamic, international, and team-oriented academic environment, offering a two-year contract and opportunities for professional development.
