This role involves coordinating and managing the administrative processes within the Graduate Center of the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT). The administrator will be responsible for the organization and execution of doctoral application and submission processes, working closely with faculty and the central TUM Doctoral Office. Key daily tasks include managing GC-CIT membership, preparing for and following up on committee meetings, and supporting the management team with daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills, along with a completed administrative qualification or comparable professional experience.
