Job Summary

This role is perfect for a skilled IT Service Technician based in Hamburg who is proficient in both Windows and iOS environments. You will be responsible for providing 2nd level support, handling a variety of tickets including Break & Fix, IMAC, and H+E, and executing installations and troubleshooting for clients directly on-site. Daily tasks involve diagnosing problems, resolving errors, and managing inquiries related to networking and telecommunications, ensuring smooth operation of Windows clients and iOS devices. The ideal candidate holds an IT-related qualification (e.g., IT Specialist) or possesses equivalent professional experience, coupled with expertise in Windows Active Directory and standard software like Microsoft Office and Adobe.
