Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician specializing in Onsite Support based in Braak near Hamburg. The core focus is ensuring the availability of hardware and software through dedicated 2nd Level Support, involving direct user interaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing user support at a dedicated service point, performing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and tablets, and meticulously documenting all work processes. You will also assist with IT transfers and apply technical escalation management in coordination with central IT. Key requirements include solid knowledge of Windows Client operating systems (especially Windows 10/11), experience in 2nd Level Support and onsite service, and familiarity with MS Office applications and client peripherals. The position offers a high chance of long-term employment within an innovative international team, featuring regulated working hours and 30 days of annual leave.
