Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Laboratory Technician in Freising (near Munich) involves working within the quality management team of an internationally growing food group, specializing in premium dairy products. The core responsibilities include conducting chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological laboratory analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products (like milk and butter) throughout the entire production process, from milk reception to the final product. The role requires working in a continuous 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays). Key tasks include meticulous documentation of results, active communication with departments like Quality Management and Production, and supporting Research & Development by analyzing new products and validating new analytical methods. Candidates must have a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Dairy Laboratory Technician, Chemical/Biological Laboratory Assistant) and initial practical experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical lab analysis.
