Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as a Laboratory Technician in Freising (near Munich) involves working within the quality management team of a leading, internationally growing dairy company. The role requires participation in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts, including weekends/holidays) to ensure product safety and quality. Day-to-day tasks include performing chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological laboratory analyses on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods like milk and butter, covering the entire production process from milk reception to the final product. The technician will meticulously document results, collaborate actively with departments like Quality Management and Production, and support research and development by analyzing new products and helping to validate and develop new analytical methods.
