Job Summary
This Senior IT Service Technician role, based in central Munich, involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support for the IT infrastructure of a prestigious, internationally successful law firm. Daily responsibilities include comprehensive end-user support and training, managing various client environments, including PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, iOS, and Android devices. A core focus is on hardware troubleshooting, maintaining current Microsoft operating systems (primarily Windows 10), and supporting standard MS Office applications. Furthermore, the role requires handling the installation, setup, and support of video conferencing solutions like Teams and Zoom. Candidates must possess vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and demonstrated experience with ticket systems and networking basics.
