Job Summary

This role involves joining a supportive team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on providing Managed IT Services, primarily for industrial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in various IT support projects, performing technical documentation within a ticketing system, and delivering on-site support for Windows clients, iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications equipment. A key function is handling 2nd Level Support inquiries.
