Job Summary

This dual-role position in Frankfurt am Main seeks an experienced IT professional ready to step into a leadership capacity, managing a small team while maintaining hands-on technical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating the team, implementing new IT workstations, and resolving both remote and onsite IT disturbances. A key function involves training end-users on soft- and hardware utilization, managing inquiries via a ticketing system, and providing support for Windows endpoints, network environments, and printers. This role requires strong foundational knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, proficiency with SLAs and ticketing systems, and the ability to prioritize and conceptually handle complex issues. This is a full-time, permanent contract initially offered through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
