Job Summary

This role is designed for a Technical Specialist to manage and optimize the organization's Energy Management System (EnMS) within a major water and wastewater utility. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous energy controlling, preparing and compiling data for energy purchasing, and conducting detailed analysis of energy consumption, including target-actual comparisons to derive actionable measures. The specialist will also be responsible for preparing expert reports for funding applications, conducting employee training on the EnMS, and ensuring compliance through regulatory reporting (e.g., to BAFA). Key qualifications include a technical background as a Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical or Energy Technology, combined with professional experience in energy-relevant topics.
