This IT Service Desk Specialist role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware and software within a 24/7 operational environment, serving one of Europe's leading telecommunication providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include direct user interaction, requirements clarification, remote troubleshooting, and managing ticket workflows. A core function is administrative management, specifically handling user accounts, rights, and client systems using tools like Active Directory and Azure for software distribution. Candidates must possess completed IT vocational training or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating proficiency with Windows client operating systems, ticketing systems, and ITIL fundamentals. Success requires excellent communication, a service-oriented approach, and very good German language skills.
