Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Specialist within the Federal Office for Military Counterintelligence (MAD) in Cologne, a key German intelligence service. The primary focus is on the provision, administration, and operation of collaboration systems, including the installation and configuration of Windows Servers, collaboration applications, and associated management and monitoring systems. Daily tasks will include operational monitoring, function testing, system maintenance, and software releases. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system malfunctions and issues, adhering to high security standards, coordinating with external IT service providers, and creating operational documentation.
