Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to join the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as a civil servant trainee in the higher technical administrative service, specializing in Defense Technology. The 18-month traineeship prepares candidates for roles within the Federal Office of Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw) or related agencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include involvement in procurement processes, defining technical requirements for military equipment, overseeing industrial development, testing prototypes, and conducting quality assurance for production. Successful candidates will become experts in defense technology, working closely with international partners (including European states and the USA). Required Skills
