Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First-Level IT Support within the Federal Military Counterintelligence Office (MAD) in Cologne, a key German intelligence service. The specialist will be the first point of contact for users, responsible for receiving and documenting incident reports, and actively participating in the review, assessment, and resolution of system disruptions and service requests. Daily tasks also include assisting with process-related data exchange with security, federal, and state authorities, and managing the ordering of hardware and IT services within the Bundeswehr's IT system using specialized tools. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT System Integration, proven professional experience with Windows client systems, and be willing to undergo mandatory specialized MAD training and an extended security clearance (Ü3).
