This critical leadership role involves heading the Facility Management department for Geuder AG, a leading international medical technology group specializing in ophthalmic surgery. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's real estate and infrastructure, including leading, mentoring, and motivating the team responsible for building services, cleaning, and central administration. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the fleet management, administering access control and locking systems, coordinating all renovation and expansion projects, and ensuring strict adherence to budgets and economic efficiency. A key component of the role is managing occupational safety, requiring regular site inspections and collaboration with safety specialists. This position requires a degree in Building Management or a strong trades background combined with a minimum of two years of comparable professional experience, offering significant autonomy within a successful, innovative company.
