Job Summary

This critical role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support across the entire client and server environment for an international medical technology group. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for managing the IT ticketing system, including the acceptance, classification, prioritization, and resolution of incoming requests, adhering to ITIL standards. Daily tasks include the administration of all Microsoft products, operating systems, and Active Directory, along with managing client hardware, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. The position also requires supporting IT projects, maintaining the knowledge database, and ensuring compliance with data protection and security regulations. Candidates must possess several years of professional experience in this domain, a high level of technical understanding, and negotiation-level English skills.
