Job Summary

This role involves actively managing and processing modern Facility Management tasks focused on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HLS) technology and drinking water hygiene for municipal properties in Wiesbaden. The specialist will organize maintenance and commissioning of repair work with specialized firms, overseeing on-site performance and invoice verification. A crucial part of the job is coordinating external experts and laboratories for drinking water analyses and hygiene inspections, ensuring compliance with the Drinking Water Ordinance (Trinkwasserverordnung) and VDI/DVGW 6023 guidelines. Candidates should possess a relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to act as the primary technical contact for HLS and drinking water hygiene in both new construction and existing building projects, often collaborating with external engineering firms.
