Job Summary

Join the Omexom Substation South Business Unit team in Dresden as a Secondary Technology Planner/Designer and contribute your expertise to exciting energy technology projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the secondary design of substations and high-voltage switchgear, creating circuit diagrams, terminal plans, and connecting large equipment (circuit breakers, disconnectors, transformers, etc.). A core part of the job involves integrating control technology, developing protection concepts, and creating comprehensive documentation, including visualization of building and room layouts. The ideal candidate holds a degree (Technician, Bachelor, or Engineer) in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy Technology or a comparable technical qualification. Fundamental understanding of electrical circuit, cable, and terminal plans is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of CAD, Ruplan, EPLAN, or Engineering Base is highly desirable.
