Job Summary

This role seeks a technically strong Project Engineer specializing in Substation Technology to actively shape the energy infrastructure of tomorrow within Omexom, part of the VINCI Energies group. The core responsibility involves being the technical key figure in complex substation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and economic efficiency from engineering through implementation. Day-to-day tasks include the technical planning of secondary, high, and medium voltage systems (Primary & Secondary technology), creating and reviewing electrical conversion, manufacturing, and execution documentation, and performing detailed electrical calculations. The engineer will also contribute actively to offer and concept development and provide proactive, practical technical support throughout project execution, coordinating closely with internal interfaces and external partners. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field and possess initial professional experience in a technical project role. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Renewable Energies, or a comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Initial professional experience as a Project Engineer, Project Technician, or Project Manager in the technical field.
  • Experience in technical planning of secondary, high, and medium voltage systems.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing electrical execution documents.
