Job Summary

Key daily responsibilities involve maintaining application and database servers, managing data backups, installing updates and hotfixes, and customizing programs to meet local requirements. This role acts as a crucial interface between internal departments and external software manufacturers, providing essential support, troubleshooting errors, and conducting staff training on system usage and new software introductions. Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or a completed qualification as an IT Specialist in System Integration. Professional experience in these areas is highly desirable, coupled with strong analytical skills, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach to optimizing financial workflows.
