Job Summary
The City of Speyer is seeking a dedicated GIS Specialist to coordinate and advance its municipal Geoinformation System (GIS) and establish a digital twin of the city. This role involves leading the implementation of a new GIS system, managing geo-referenced data, and providing internal training. The specialist will handle data migration, user management, and integrate external data sources to support urban planning and decision-making. Key responsibilities also include managing property-related data, processing land changes, and maintaining official cadastral records and city maps. Completed degree in Geoinformatics, Surveying, or comparable qualification
Experience

- Knowledge in data handling (e.g., ALKIS, LoD2, CAD/GIS standards)
