Job Summary
This Junior IT Support Administrator role involves providing essential First-Level Support, serving as the primary technical contact for apprentices, teachers, and staff regarding all IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and maintaining Surface tablets used by apprentices. A key focus of the position is supporting the implementation of a new training system and contributing to the design and evolution of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification in IT, such as a Specialized IT Specialist degree, and demonstrate strong service orientation. Required technical expertise includes practical experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, alongside proficiency in Server Administration, network management, and database administration using SQL.
