This critical leadership role as Department Manager, Engineering & Project Management E-Mobility, involves overseeing the entire value chain for executing complex charging infrastructure projects within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) business model. The successful candidate will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to a team of over 20 employees, reporting directly to the executive management. Key responsibilities include acting as the Quality Gate for project planning and execution, ensuring economic viability, and driving the strategic future development of the department in line with market trends. This position requires a strong background in engineering, proven departmental leadership experience in e-mobility or renewable energies, and concrete expertise in planning and constructing infrastructure projects.
