Job Summary

Join a leading renewable energy provider focusing on sustainable mobility by managing the technical operations of E-Mobility charging infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal operational readiness of charging systems through remote monitoring and control within the charge point management system. Key daily activities include comprehensive fault analysis, preparing detailed incident reports, and implementing corrective and preventative measures in coordination with service technicians. You will serve as the central technical contact point, liaising between project management, customers, and hardware manufacturers, especially during commissioning and maintenance phases. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering (Technician, Master, or degree level) and bring at least two years of relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and excellent communication abilities (C2 German) to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams.

Experience
