Job Summary

This role as a Charging Infrastructure Planner places you at the forefront of the E-Mobility transition within a leading renewable energy company. You will be instrumental in designing and executing complex charging infrastructure projects, ranging from charging parks to solutions for fleets and retail. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed planning and dimensioning of charging systems, including crucial low and medium voltage grid connections, in close coordination with network operators. You will develop comprehensive technical specifications, detailed cost estimations for electrical engineering and civil works, and conduct on-site inspections to assess installation feasibility. A key component of the role involves generating technical documentation, such as CAD drawings and circuit diagrams, managing the tender process by evaluating external service provider bids, and supporting the sales team as a product expert. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification (e.g., Master Electrician) and bring professional experience in medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems, coupled with strong knowledge of VDE standards and excellent German communication skills.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, or completed training as a Master Electrician or Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution systems
  • Experience with metering concepts, grid connections, and the construction and commissioning of electro-technical systems
