Job Summary

The INTILION AG is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to oversee the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. This role involves comprehensive site management, from setup to final handover, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and safety standards (HSE documentation and accident prevention regulations), and managing project acceptance. The ideal candidate holds a background as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician, ideally with further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician or an electrical engineering degree, coupled with significant experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. The position requires extensive travel within the DACH region (4-5 days/week) and offers a modern company car (for private use), flexible working hours, home office options, and 30 days of annual leave.
