This role focuses on managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems, overseeing projects from site setup to final completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and managing project handovers and approvals. The manager is also responsible for maintaining occupational safety regulations, creating risk assessments, and preparing project-specific HSE documentation. The ideal candidate holds a background in electrical or mechatronic fields, coupled with significant experience in construction management, particularly in plant engineering and medium-voltage systems. This position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and strong language skills in both German and English.
