Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation lifecycle of cutting-edge energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising all site activities, from setup to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to high quality and safety standards. Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, managing project-related HSE documentation (including risk assessments), and collaborating closely with the commissioning and project management teams. Candidates must possess a strong electrical background, significant experience in site management within plant construction, and knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position offers a dynamic team environment, short decision paths, a company car for private use, 30 days of vacation, and flexible remote work options, though extensive travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region is required.
