Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete installation lifecycle of large-scale energy storage systems, playing a crucial part in the energy transition. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all construction activities, from site setup through final handover. Key tasks include managing subcontractors, ensuring rigorous quality standards, coordinating project stakeholders, and strictly enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, including creating risk assessments. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering (via vocational training or degree) coupled with multi-year experience in construction site management, preferably in plant construction, and familiarity with medium-voltage systems.
