Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising all site activities, from setup to final completion. Key duties include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, managing project handovers, and strictly enforcing occupational health and safety regulations (HSE documentation and risk assessments). The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or relevant degree) with substantial experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction. Expertise in medium-voltage systems and a passion for renewable energy are essential. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive engagement, and extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region, offering a company car for private use and 30 days of annual leave.
