Job Summary

This role is for a Senior AutoCAD Application Specialist to serve as the central point of contact for all AutoCAD topics within the internal engineering environment of an international technology group located in Berlin. The specialist will be responsible for driving the continuous development of engineering design tools by integrating new functions and features. Key daily tasks involve gathering, clarifying, and aligning requirements with various stakeholders, including Product and Business Owners, and subsequent implementation, testing, and technical documentation of new modules and extensions within AutoCAD. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics, combined with at least five years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and familiarity with adjacent CAD systems like Creo or NX are mandatory. The position requires working within agile development teams and utilizing DevOps tools, specifically Azure DevOps. Excellent written and spoken English skills and intermediate German proficiency are required for success in this dynamic, modern development setting.
