Job Summary

As an R&D Hardware Developer for Electronic Design, you will join an internationally active technology group in Berlin. Your daily responsibilities include the design, component selection, and dimensioning of complex embedded systems. You will be responsible for creating standards-compliant and EMC-compliant circuit diagrams using CAD tools, collaborating closely with departments such as layout design, construction, and software development. The role involves managing the entire product realization process, from prototyping and commissioning tests to manufacturing support and product maintenance. This position is particularly attractive due to its integration within a large-scale corporate environment offering long-term perspectives, above-tariff compensation, and the potential for permanent takeover. You will work within international development teams, applying Lean and PLM processes to ensure high-quality hardware releases and certifications.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in hardware/electronics circuit development and PCB design
  • Expert knowledge in circuit design using CAD software tools and simulation tools
  • Extensive experience in EMC-compliant design within an industrial environment
  • Proven experience in using measurement technology such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Experience as a project member or sub-project leader in development and Total Cost projects
  • Experience working within international development teams
